CITY OF RICHFIELD AND THE IN'I'ERNATIONALEUNIONE
OF OPERATING ENGINEERS, LOCAL 49, AFL-CIO
FOR THE PERIOD BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2980
AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1981
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reached an agreement on the
local issues with the International Union of O
Local 49, AFL-CIO, for. the period beginning Japuart2lg Engineers,
ending December 31, 1981; and Y 1980 and
WHEREAS, this agreement establishes the 1980/81 local contract
provisions, and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Ordinance requires that contracts bet
the City and the exclusive representative of employees in an

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Citouncil resolution..
