RESOLUTION RELATING TO RELEASE OF BOND
ON OFF-STREET PARKING

105 W. Michigan, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53203
Location: 6645 Penn Avenue South
Use: Car Wash/Wax and Polish Maintenance
Service
WHEREAS, Sir Waxer, 105 W. Michigan, Milwaukee, WI 53203, had
an off-street parking agreement with the City of Richfield relating
to 6645 Penn Avenue South, which contract bears the designation of
Contract No. 2241, and which contract was guaranteed by a bond of
the Safeco Insurance Company of America in the amount of Two
Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($2,600), and
WHEREAS, said Sir Waxer has substantially complied with the
provisions of said agreement and now seeks to be relieved of any
further obligation under said bond,- and
WHEREAS, there appears to be no justification for requiring
said Sir Waxer to continue to provide a bond for security on the
performance of said agreement;.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the
City of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
That the city manager is hereby authorized and directed to
release Sir Waxer for any and all acts committed or incurred
in violation of said Contract No. 2241, on and after the 11th day
of August, 1980.
Adopted by the city council of the City of Richfield this 11th
day of August, 1980.
