RESOLUTION RELATING TO RELEASE OF BOND
ON OFF-STREET PARKING
Shakey's:Pizza
7716 Morgan Avenue South
Location: 7708.Fifth Avenue
Use: Office Building
WHEREAS, Shakey's Pizza, 7716 Morgan Avenue South, had an
off-street parking agreement with the City of Richfield relating
to 7708 Fifth Avenue South, which contract bears the designation
of Contract No. 2272, and which contract was guaranteed by a
bond of the St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company in the amount
of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000), and
WHEREAS, said Shakey's Pizza has substantially complied with
the provisions of said agreement and now seeks to be relieved of
any further obligation under said bond, and
WHEREAS, there appears to be no justification for requiring
said Shakey's Pizza to continue to provide a bond for security
on the performance of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the
City of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
That the city manager is hereby authorized and directed to
release Shakey's Pizza for any and all acts committed or incurred

in violation of said Contract No. 2272, on and after the 11th day
of August, 1980.
Adopted by the city council of the City of Richfield this 11th
day of August,. 1980.
