RESOLUTION No. 6254
RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND CALLING
PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED CITY PROJECT 705-A
BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. A preliminary report on proposed city project 705-A
of the city dated the 23rd day of June, 1980, prepared by Bather,
Ringrose, Wolsfeld, Jarvis, Gardner, Inc., as engineer for the
city, is hereby received and ordered to be placed on file.
2. A public hearing on said proposed improvement is hereby
called to be held on July 14,1980, commencing at 7:00 o'clock
P.M. in the council chambers in the city hall of the City of
Richfield, 6700 Portland Avenue South, Richfield, Minnesota.
3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to give
published and mailed notice of such hearing in the manner required
by law.
