{~1}FRFAS, the Cit~• Council of the City of i?ichficld is the official
J*rn•crnin}* boc}y of the Cit}• of Pichfield and functions as t};c official
Board of t[ealth of the Cit~• of Richfield: and
KIiER1iAS, the ('ity Council is committed to promote, support, and
maintain the health of the entire community at the highest level; and
P,'I}EREAS, the Community. Flcalth Services Act provides for subsidies
in support of public health services on the local Ievel throughout the
State of Ptinnesota; and
{~'}}EREAS, the .Advisory Board of }iealth of the City of Richfield has
revieti~~ed and approved the preliminary plan for the provision of public
health services in the City of P,ichfield, and recommends that the City
Council authorize its suhmi.ssion in application for a Brant; and
h'I}FRFAS, the City Council finds this p1an,_consistent with the needs
and priorities of the community as determined by the Advisory Board of
health and as expressed b}~ the citizens of Richfield-
KO}P, THEREFORE RE IT RF.SQL~~ED BY TI}E CITY CDiJ*:CIL OF THE CITY OF
RICI}FIELD, that the preliminary 1982-83 Community I}ealth Services Plan for
~ the City of Richfield is approved and authorization is hereby Riven to
submit said plan in application for a Community I}ealth Services Act subsidy
for 19S2-83. '
