RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRELIMINARY
ENGINEERING REPORT AND CALLING.
FOR A PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED CITY PROJECT 757
jaHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 6384 of the city.
council adopted February 23, 1981, a report has been prepared
by Orr-Schelen-Mayeron Associates with reference to the
improvement of Lyndale Avenue between the center line of
67th Street and the bridge over I-494 by street and traffic
signal construction,. and this report was received by the city
council on this 27th day of April, 1981...
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved-by the city council of
Richfield, Minnesota:
1. The council will consider the improvement., of such
street in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting
property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement
pursuant to Minnesota Statues Chapter 429 at an estimated total
..cost of the improvement of $911,000.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed
improvement on the 26th day of May, 1981 in the council chambers
of City Hall, 6700 Portland Avenue South, at 7:OO p.m. and the
clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and
improvement as required by law.
Adopted by this city council of the City of Richfield
this 27th day of April, 1981.
