RESOLUTION NO. 6413
RESOLUTION APPROVING LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF RICHFIELD AND THE
INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF FIREFIGHTERS LOCAL 1215
BARGAINING UNIT FOR THE YEARS 1981 & 1982
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the International Associa-
tion of Firefighters Local 1215 Bargaining Unit have reached
a complete understanding concerning rates of pay, hours and
other conditions of employment for the years 1981 and 1982,
and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Ordinance requires that contracts
between the City and the exclusive representative of employees
in an appropriate bargaining unit shall be implemented by
council resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does
hereby approve the Labor Agreement between the City of Rich-
field and the International Association of Firefighters Local.
1215 Bargaining Unit for the years 1981 and 1982 and orders
the provisions of the labor agreement to be implemented effec-
tive January 1, 1981.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this
13th day of April, 1981.
