?dHEREAS, the intersection of 66th St. and Penn Ave. is recognized
as one of the most dangerous and congested intersections- in the city
of Richfield.
BE IT R~'SOLVED BY THE; City 'CbunCil of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. The Hennepin.County transportation department is encouraged
• to reconstruct the intersection of 66th St. and Penn Ave.
2. The Hennepin County transportation department is encouraged
to use federal aid urban funds as th.e principal source of funding
for the. project.
