RESOLUTION NO. 6400
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION
FOR CITY MANAGER
WHEREAS, the City has a Letter of Understanding with Karl
Nollenberger, City Manager, dated: May 14, 1979; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of-the City of Richfield amended
the Letter of Understanding in July of 1980; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Richfield desires
to establish new compensation provisions for the city manager
effective April 1, 1980;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Letter of Under-
' standing between Karl Nollenberger and the City of Richfield is
amended as follows:
Section 2. Salary. Is amended to read "The City of Rich-
field agrees to pay Nollenberger an annual salary at the rate
of $47,500 per year starting April 1, 1981, and thereafter at
such rate as may from time to time be fixed by the City Council.
