RESOLUTION NO. 6390 ~
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION
OF PLANS FOR CITY PROJECT 761
WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council adopted the
13th day of October, 1981,. fixed a date for a council hearing on
improvement of street lighting on Penn Avenue, Nicollet Avenue, and
Portland Avenue from C.S.A.H. 62 to Interstate 494 (except 64th
to 67th Street on Nicollet Avenue).
AND WHEREAS, ten days' published notice of the hearing through
two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the
hearing was held thereon on the 9th day of March, 1981, at which
all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be
heard thereon,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE-CITY OF
RICHFIELD MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in council
resolution adopted the 13th day of October, .1980.
2. The City Engineer shall prepare plans and specifications fore.
the making of such improvement.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 9th
day of March, 1981.
