81-6380R24 RESOLUTION NO. 6380 RESOLUTION WAIVING COMPLIANCE WITH SUBDIVISION PROCEDURE WHEREAS, Mr. Philip C. Smaby, the owner of the property described as follows: The west l/4 of the. north 5 acres of the northwest l/4 of the southwest 14/ of Section 34, Township 28, - Range 24, according to the U. 5. Government Survey thereof. has requested a subdivision waiver in accordance with Richfield ordinance Section 3.54, subdivision 5, to allow the division of the property into two lots; and WHEREAS., the City Council of the City. of Richfield has reviewed the request and found that compliance with the normal subdivision procedure would cause the-owner of the above de cribed property undue hardship and time delay;- and WHEREAS, failure to comply with the normal subdivision pro- cedure would not interfere with .the -purpose of the platting regulations outlined in Richfield Ordinance Chapter III, Part VI. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota that a subdivision waiver is hereby granted to NIr.
