RESOLUTION N0. 6373
RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1982-1986-
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAiYf
WHEREAS, a proposed Capital Improvement Program for the
1.982-1986 period has been prepared for review to the Planning
Commission in accordance-with charter .reauiremen.ts, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received. the recommendations and
benefit of review of these proposed documents by the Planning
Commission and has "itself reviewed these proposals;
N06~, THEREFORE, BE~ IT RESOLVED that the 1982-1986 Capital
Improvement Program. is hereby approved and adapted subject to•
annual review and revision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to initiate procedures which lead to more formal a;~d
detailed consideration of those projects in accordance with the
aforemer_tioned laws and. practices.,
