RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REVISIONS OF 1980
BUDGET OF VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS
WHEREAS, Resolution Number 6130 appropriated funds for personal services,
and other expenses and capital outlays for each department of the City, for the
year 1980; and
WHEREAS, the City Charter, Chapter 7, Section 7.09 gives. the council
authority to transfer unencumbered appropriation balances from one office,
department or agency to another within the same fund at the request of the
City Manager; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has requested a revision of the 1980 budget
appropriations in accordance with Charter revisions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the 1980 appropriations for the following departments of the
General Fund be revised as follows:
GENERAL FUND AMOUNT
Legislative $ 6,000 Increase
Executive 6,000 Increase
Community Services 12,000 Decrease
Total.General Fund -0-
2. That the City Manager bring into effect the provisions of this
resolution.
