81-6364RRESOLUTION: RECEIVING ALLEY. VACATION PETITION
AND CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING
WHEREAS, a petition has. been filed with the City Clerk
requesting the vacation of an alley easement described as follows:
".The alley on block 10 Ray's Lynnhurst"
WHEREAS, said petition complies in all respects with the
requirements of Richfield Ordinance Code. 12.04,.Subd:ivision 2:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the -
.City of Richfield as follows:
1. The petition for vacation of that portion of the alley
described above is received.
2. A public hearing on the alley vacation in said petition
shall be held on February 9, 1981.
3. The City Clerk is directed to publish notice of such
hearing in the official newspaper of the city and post
notice of said hearing in the manner provided by
Richfield Ordinance Code Secticn 12.04, Subdivision~3.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 12th
day of.January, 1981.
