RESOLtfTION ORDERING T'HE 1982 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS
CP 772 AND THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 6520: of the city council, adopted
October 26, 1981, fixed a date'for a public hearing on the
proposed improvements by construction of sidewalk at the following
locations:
Xerxes Avenue East 62nd Street 65th Street
75th Street North Penn Avenue. Logan Avenue
76th Street South Sheridan Avenue Vince nt Avenue
76th Street South Lyndale Avenue James Avenue
Lyndale Avenue Both 62nd Street 64th Street
Lake Shore Drive Both- Lyndale Avenue 66th Street
65th Street South tyndale,Avenue Pleas ant Avenue
Nicollet Avenue Both '77th Street I-49.4
Portland Avenue West 77th Street I-49.4.

AND WHEREAS, ten days' published notice of the hearing
:through two weekly publications of the required notice_was given
and the hearing was held thereon on the 23rd day of November, 1981,
'at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity
to be heard thereon,
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the
council resolution No. 6520, adopted the 26th day of
October, 1981.
2. The City Engineer- is hereby designated as the engineer
for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
