RESOLUTION APPROVING LAYOU'T' AND CONTRACT FOR.
OFF-STREET PARKING IN ACCORDANCE WITH
APPLICATION NO. 81-10, CONTRACT NO. 2340

- BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the. City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the proposed geometric layout of the off-street
parking as contained in Off-Street Parking Application No. 81-10,
Contract No. 2340 is hereby approved subject to and upon com-
pletion of performance of the .contract for such off-,street.
parking as hereinafter authorized.
2. That the proposed off-street parking contract for. the
improvement of said off-street parking, bearing contract No. 2340
be placed on-file and that the manager be authorized to sign said
_- contract and the clerk be authorized to seal the same for and on
behalf of this city.
3. That<the off-street parking operator provide the City of
Richfield with Surety in the form of cash, passbook saving
withdrawal authority, or performance bond in an amount to be
determined. by the community development director and city manager,
to ensure the off-street parking lot is constructed within the
terms and regulations of the Off-Street Parking Agreement.
4. That responsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenance
of said~Off-Street Parking lot shall remain the responsibility
of the off-street parking lot operator in accordance with
Ordinance Code 4.05.
Adopted by the city council of the City of Richfield this
23rd day of November, 1981.
