OF THE CITY OF RICf;FIELD HELD ON TUESDAY, fdOVEP1BER 3, 1981
BE IT RESOLVED by the Cit~r Council of the City of Richfield that at
the general election held November 3, 1531, for the purpose of electing
for the position of Mayor and one city councilperson position, the results
were as follows:
