RESOLUTION NO. 6512
RESOLUTION RELATING TO .THE 1982. SPECIALIZED PAY PLAN
WHEREAS, Section 2.33 of .the. Ordinance Code of the City of
Richfield provides that the assignment of classes to-pay grades,
the number of steps in each. grade, the bi-weekly rates in each
grade, the method of normal progression through the pay grade and
the work week in hours for each class be established by council
resolution; and
WHEREAS, the city administration has prepared a 1982 pay plan
for the positions for which there are no essentially similar
position classifications in other regular pay plans.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council do and
hereby does establish for the year 1982 the following pay plan,
which is to be effective on January 1, 1982, and subject to the
provisions of the personnel rules and regulations ordinance:
