The meeting was called to order by President Supple at 7:41 p.m. via Webex.

CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION GRANTING A 6-MONTH EXTENSION TO
THE REPAYMENT OBLIGATION AND INTEREST ACCRUALS RELATED TO THE
COVID-19 SMALL BUSINESS ASSISTANCE FORGIVABLE LOAN (STAFF
REPORT NO. 8).
Interim Community Development Director Poehlman presented Staff Report No. 8
M/Regan Gonzalez, S/Sandahl to approve a resolution granting a 6-month extension to the
repayment obligation and interest accruals related to the COVID-19 Small Business Assistance
Forgivable Loan.
President Supple expressed excitement to learn that 92% of the loans had already been
forgiven.
Commissioner Sandahl inquired about the number of loans issued and forgiven.

INTERIM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (STAFF REPORT NO. 9).
Interim Community Development Director Poehlman presented Staff Report No. 9
M/Regan Gonzalez, S/Sandahl to Designate Melissa Poehlman as the Interim Executive
Director of the Economic Development Authority coterminous with her appointment as the Interim
Community Development Director, but not to exceed six months.
