RESOLUTION N0. 6500
RESOLUTION ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1982
AND LEVYING TAXES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield as follows:
Section 1: The: budget for the City of Richfield for the year 19.82, is hereby
approved and adopted with appropriations for each of the departments to be as
follows:

Section 2: The estimated gross revenue of the City of Richfield from all sources,
including general ad valorem tax levies as hereinafter set forth for the year 1982,
including prior years' levies budgeted for 1982,. as the same are more fully
detailed in the City Manager's official copy of the 1982 budget, are hereby found
and determined to be as follows:

REVENUE SHARING TRUST FUND S 203,000
Section 3: There is_hereby levied upon all taxable property in the City of
Richfield a direct. ad valorem tax in the year 1981, payable in 1982, for the
following purposes and in the following amounts:

*Provision has been made in the General Fund for the
payment of the City's contributory share to Public
Employees Retirement Association and the Police and
Firemen's Relief Associations. Provision has also
been made in the General Fund revenues for .receipt
of the local government aid distribution. The above
general levy includes a debt service levy in the amount
of $250,000 for Bonds of 1972, 1973, 1977 and 1978.

Section 4: A certified copy of this resolution shall be transmitted to the
County Auditor.
