RESOLUTION APPROVING LAYOUT AND CONTRACT FOR
OFF-STREET PARKING IN ACCORDANCE WITH
APPLICATION NO. 81-6, CONTRACT No. 2336

Use: Multiple Family Residential
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota as follows:
1. That the proposed geometric layout of the off-street
parking contained in off-street parking application No. 81-6,
Contract No. 2336, is hereby approved .subject to and upon completion
of performance. of the contract for such off-street parking as here-
inafter authorized.
2. That the proposed off-street parking contract for the improve-
ment of said off-street parking, bearing contract No. 2336 be placed
on file and that the manager be authorized to sign said contract and
the clerk be authorized to seal the same for and on behalf of this city.
3. That the execution of this off-street parking contract,
bearing contract No. 2336, is subject to the following stipulations:
a. That a landscape plan be submitted for approval by city staff.
b. Thar the exterior brick of the off-street parking ramp be
earthtoned in accordance with the Lyndale-Hub-Nicollet
Redevelopment Project Area Urban Design Element.
4. That responsibility for proper upkeep and maintenance of said
off-street parking. lot shall remain the responsibility of the off-
S~treet parking lot operator in accordance with Ordinance Code 4.05.

28th day of September, 1981.
