RESOLUTION APPROVING LAYOUT AND CONTRACT FOR
OFF-STREET PARKING IN ACCORDANCE WITH
APPLICATION N0. 81-5, CONTRACT N0. 2335

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,.
Minnesota as follows:
1. That the proposed geometric layout of the off-street parking
contained in off-street parking application No. 81-5, Contract No. 2335,
is hereby approved subject to and upon completion of performance of
the contract for such off-street parking as hereinafter authorized..
2. That the proposed off-street parking contract for. the improvement
of said off-street parking, bearing contract No. 2335 be placed on
file and that the manager be authorized to sign said contract and the
clerk be authorized to seal the same for and on behalf of this city.
3. That the off-street parking operator provide the City of Richfield
with surety in the form of cash, passbook saving withdrawal authority
or performance bond in an amount to be determined by the community
development director and city manager, to ensure the off-street
parking lot is constructed within the terms and regulations of the
off-street Parking Agreement with the following stipulation:
That a revised landscape plan be submitted for approval by
city staff.
4. That responsibility for proper upkeep. and maintenance of said off-
street parking lot shall remain the responsibility of the off-street
parking lot operator in accordance with Ordinance Code 4.05.
