CITY OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA Office of City Manager February 21,2019 Council Memorandum No.10 The Honorable Mayor and Members of the City Council Subject:February 26, 2019,City Council Work Session Council Members: At the February 26, 2019,City Council work session, staff will provide an informational presentation (attached) on the history of the I-494 Corridor. The session will be an open discussion, allowing the Council to ask questions. Staff will not be asking for direction on the project at this time. Regarding the proposed access consolidation at Nicollet Avenue, staff is in the process of obtaining consultant proposals for a market study to determine what the expected business impacts will be.
