RESOLUTION N0. 6659
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REVISION OF
1982 BUDGET OF VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 6500 appropriated funds for personal services,
other expenses and capital outlays for each department of the
City for the year 1982; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No, 6580 authorized revisions of the 1982 budget
of various deparments; and
WHEREAS, The City Charter, Chapter 7, Section 7.09, gives the Council
authority to transfer unencumbered appropriation balances from
one office, department, or agency to another within the same
fund at the request of the City Manager; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has requested a revision of the 1982 budget
appropriations in accordance with Charter provisions and as
detailed in the proposed 1983 budget document.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
Section 1: That the 1982 appropriations for each department of the
General Fund be amended to establish the following totals:
GENERAL FUND
Legislative $ 108,340
Executive 265,406
Administrative Services 597,281
Coa¢nunity Development 308,352
Public Safety 3,509,898
Community Services 2,422,614
TOTAL GENERAL FUND $7,211,652
THE TOTAL DECREASE IS $ 102,531
Section 2: Estimated 1982 gross revenue of the City of Richfield from
all sources, as the same are more fully detailed in the City
Manager's official copy of the proposed 1983 budget document,
are hereby revised as follows:

Section 3: That the City Manage and the Finance Coordinator bring into
effect the provisions of this resolution.
