ORDERING. PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
FOR ALLEY MAINTENANCE APRIL 1, 1981 THROUGH

WHEREAS, costs have-been determined for the maintenance
of the following. alleys in the City of Richfield and the
expenses incurred or to be incurred for such maintenance
amounts to $28,155.34:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Richfield, Henepin County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The portion of the cost to be assessed against
benefited prop rty owners is declared to be $28.,155.34.
2. The city clerki with the assistance of the city
engineer and the technical operations coordinator shall
forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially
assessed for such maintenance against every assessable
lot, piece or parcel of Land within. the district
affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided
by law, and she shall file a copy of such proposed
assessment in her office for public inspection.
3. The city clerk shall upon completion of such proposed
assessment notify the city council thereof.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this
13th day of September, 1982.
