RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
FOR ALLEY MAII~TTENANCE APRIL 1, 1981. THROUGH

WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the City Council of
the City of Richfield vn September 13, 1982, the city clerk was
directed to prepare assessMent of the cost of maintaining the
following alleys in the City of Richfield:

WHERAS the city clerk has notified the city council
that such proposed assess_~ent has been completed and filed
in her office for public inspection,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Richfield, Hennepin County, Minnesota as follows:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 27th day of September,
1982, in the council chambers of city hall at 7:OG p.m.
or as soon thereafter as the matter can be reached on
the agenda., to pass upon such proposed assessment
and at such time and place all persons owning
property affected by said maintenance assessment
will be given an opportunity. to be heard in
reference to such assessment.
2. The city clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice
of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be
published once in the official newspaper at least
two weeks prio~ to the hearing, and she shall state
in the notice the total cost of the maintenance. She
shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the
owner of each ~arcel described in the assessment roll
not less than ~.wo weeks prior to the hearing.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this
13th day of September, 192.
