RESOLUTION NO. 6628
RESOLUTION RECEIVING ALLEY VACATION PETITION
AND CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING
WHEREAS, petitions have been filed with the City Clerk
requesting the vacation of an alley easement described as follows:
"The alley on Block 6, Lyndale Oaks"
WHEREAS, said petitions comply in all respects with the
requirements of Richfield Ordinance Code 12.04, Subdivision 2;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Richfield as follows
1. The petition for vacation of that portion of the alley
described above is received.
2. A public hearing on the alley vacation in said petition
shall be held on July 26, 1982.
3. The City Clerk is directed to publish notice of such
hearing in the official newspaper of the city and post
notice. of said hearing in the manner provided by
Richfield Ordinance Code Section 12.04, Subdivision 3.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 12
day of July 1982.
