RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS
FROM PERMANENT IMPROVEI~NT REVOLVING
FUND TO CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET TO
FINANCE PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT, C.P. 767

WHEREAS, the Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield provides for a Permanent
Improvement Revolving Fund to be used for the purpose of financing local improvement,
and,
WHEREAS, the ordinance states that the proceeds of said fund, in a total amount
not to exceed $300,000, may be transferred to the Capital Improvement Budget of the
City, by resolution of the city council, to provide funds for the acquisition and
betterment of the Public Safety facilities, and
WHEREAS, the 1981 and 1982 Capital Improvement Budgets of the City of Richfield
provide for a Public Safety facility improvement project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by resolution of the city council of the City
of•Richfield that $100,000 from the Permanent Improvement Revolving. Fund of the
City be transferred to the Capital Improvement Budget of the city for purposes of
financing costs related to the Public Safety building improvement project, C.P. 767.
