RESOLUTION NO. 6618
.RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PAVING OF
ONE ADDITIONAL ALLEY AND PREPARATZON OF PLANS

WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council adopted the 24th
day of May, 1982,fixed a date for a council hearing on -the
proposed improvement of the following alley:

Queen and Penn Avenue 69th Street 70th Street
AND WHEREAS, ten days published. notice of-the hearing through
two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the
hearing was held thereon on the 14th day of June., 1.982, at which
all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be
heard thereon,
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the
council resolution adopted the 24th day of May, 1982.
2. Orr-Schelen-Mayeron Associates, Inc. is hereby designated
as the engineer for this improvement. They shall prepare
plans ,and specifications for the making of such improve-
ment.
Adopted. by the council of the City of Richfield this 14th day
of June, 1982.
