RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND
CALLING PUBZIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ALLEY PAVING
CITY PROJECT 775
WHEREAS,
with reference to
permanent paving:
Alley Between
the city engineer has prepared a preliminary report
the improvement of the following alley by
Queen Avenue and Penn Avenue
From
69th Street
To
70th Street
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The preliminary report on proposed City Project 775-B
dated the 24th day of May, 1982, prepared by the
city engineer, is hereby received. and ordered to be
placed on file.
2. A public hearing on said proposed improvement. is hereby
called to be held on June 14, 1982, commencing at
7:0O P.M. in the council chambers of City Hall, 6700
Portland Avenue South, Richfield, Minnesota, at which
time the council will consider the improvement of this
alley in accordance with the report and assessment of
abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter
429, at an estimated cost of the improvement of $22,625.00.
3. The city clerk is hereby authorized and directed to give
published and mailed notice of such hearing in the
manner required by law.
