82-6614R45 RESOLUTION NO. 6614 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS - C.P. 7056 SUMMIT BANK/CITY HALL PARKING LOTS WHEREAS, pursuant to council action the city engineer has prepared plans and spec if catons for the expansion of the city hall parking lot and certain improvements to the vacated portion of 65th Street adjacent to the Summit Bank, 6500 Ncollet Avenue and has presented such plans and specifications to the council for. approval; NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of Richfield, Minnesota: i. Such plans and specifications are hereby approved. 2. The city clerk shall. prepare and cause t© be inserted in the Richfield Sun an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published June 2 and 9, 1982, shall specify the work to be done, shall - state the bids will be received by the city clerk until 11:00 A.M., June 21, 1982, at which time they will be pub-l-ically opened in the council chambers of the City Ha11, will then be tabulated, and will be considered by the council at 7:00 P.M. on June 28, 1982, in the council chambers, and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the clerk for 5 percent of the amount of such bid .
