RESOLUTION N0. 6612
RESOLUTION APPROVING YEAR VIII COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT PLAN, AND AUTHORIZING ITS
SUBMITTAL TO HENNEPIN COUNTY
WHEREAS, the City of Richfield has executed a Cooperation
Agreement with Hennepin County agreeing to participate in the Urban
County Community Development Block Grant Program, and
WHEREAS, a Year VIII Community Development Program has been
prepared consistent with the Comprehensive Urban Hennepin County
Community Development strategy and the Community Development
Program Regulations, and
WHEREAS, the Year VIII Community Development Program has been
subject to citizen review pursuant to the Urban Hennepin County
Citizen Participation Pian.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Richfield approves the proposed Year VIII Community Devel-
opment Plan and authorized the City Manager tb submit the plan to
Hennepin County for consideration as part of the. Year VIII Urban
Hennepin County Community Development B1ock,Grant Application.
