RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRELIMSNARY REPORT AND
CALLING PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ALLEY PAVING
CITY PRbJECT 775-A
WHEREAS, the city engineer has prepared a preliminary report
with reference to the improvement of the following alley by
permanent paving:
Alley Between
Queen Avenue and Russell Ave.
From
67th Street
To
68th Street
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The preliminary reportt on proposed City Project 77.5-A
dated the 10th day of May, 1982, prepared by the
city engineer, is hereby received and ordered to be
placed on file. ',
2. A public hearing on siaid proposed improvement is hereby
called to be held on May 24, 1982, commencing at
7:00 P.M. in the coun~eil chambers of City Hall, 6700
Portland Avenue South, Richfield, Minnesota, at which
time the council will consider the improvement of this
-alley in accordance with the report and assessement of
abutting property fort all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement pursul~ant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter
429, at an estimated cost of the improvement of
$22,750.00.
3. The city clerk is hereby authorized and directed to give
published and mailed notice of such hearing in the
manner required by law.

10th day of May, 1982.
