RESOLUTION NO. 6744
RESOLUTION CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON
. PROPOSED ALLEY PAVING ADDITION
TO CITY PROJECT 786
WHEREAS, the city engineer has prepared a preliminary
report with reference to the improvement of the following alley
by permanent paving:

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
1. A public hearing on said proposed improvement is
hereby called to be held on April 11, 19.83, commencing
at 7:00 P.M., in the council chambers of City Hall,
6700 Portland Avenue South, Richfield, Minnesota, at
which time the council will consider the improvement
of this alley in accordance with the report and assess-
. meat of abutting property for all or a portion of the
cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
Chapter 429, at an estimated cost of the improvement
of $23,9.88.35.
2. The city clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
give published and mailed notice of such hearing in
the manner required by law.
