BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows
1. That a special use pe .pit as required by Section 33QA,
Subdivision ~ of the Richfield Cods of Ordinances bearing
case no. 83-PUD-1 is hereby granted to Bob Levine on the
following described property:
Biock 3 Richfield Plaza also that part of the SE i of the
NE ~ of Section 27 Township 28 Range 24 lying nor~.h of
the sout;~ 183 feet thereof ,and lying east of the tdi nnea-
polis Northfield and Sout:~~ern railroad and lying west of
Pillsbury avenue; also the north 33 feet of t:~.e south
183 feet of the east 112.5 feet of the west 10'0.4 feet
of that part of the SE ~ of the NW of Section 27 east
of said railroad.
2. Such special use permit shall be granted for the following
use
Retail Commercial Building
