RESOLUTION RELATING TO PURCHASING
PRACTICES IN THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Richf field as follows :
1. All purchases of the City of Richfield which are
in excess of $2,6.50, but below $5,000, shall be
made only after the city manager notifies the
city council by inclusion on a city council
agenda.
