AND ,•rHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and t,,:~o weekly pub-
li_caticns of tF;e required notice aas given as required by law and
~_i:e 'nearing was held thereon on the 13th day of December, 1982,
at -~hich all persons desiring to be heard ;were given an opportunity
to be heard thereon, ,
°G^1 THEREFORE, be it resolved by the council cf the City of
Lichfield, Minnesota:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Hennepin
_ County Traffic Division Layout No. 3, except the proposed
side:aalks and street lighting on Penn Avenue, 65th Street
to 63th Street.
2. •9ichac~l Eastling is hereby designated as the engineer for
this improvement. The Hennepin County Traffic Division
is hereby authorized to prepare plans ar_d specifications
for the making of such i.:~~provement.
3. Hennepin County is hereby authorized to acquire the
necessary right of way for the making of such improvement.
