RESOLUTION N0. 6691
RESOLUTION CANCELING A PUBLIC
HEARING ON THE ADOPTION OF A
HOUSING PLAN FOR THE CITY
WHEREAS, the City Council, by Resolution No. 6688,
adopted November 8, 1982 scheduled a public hearing on
a proposed housing plan for 7:00 p.m. on Monday, December
13, 1982; and
WHEREAS, during the interim period, the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority has had an opportunity to consider
the merits of a program; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a program of this
type is not appropriate at this time.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Richfield, Hennepin County, Minnesota:
- that the scheduled public hearing noted above
is cancelled;
- that the City .Clerk is authorized and directed
to publish notice of this cancellation.

Minnesota, this 22nd day of November, 1982. _
