82-6675R2 RESOLUTION N0. 6675 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM PERMANENT IMPROVEMENT REVOLVING FUND TO CP 765, ALLEY MAINTENANCE TO PROVIDE INTERIM FINANCING OF SAID PROJECT WHEREAS, the Ordinance Code of the City of Richf field provides that a Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund to be used for the purpose. of financing local improvements; and WHEREAS, the ordinance states-that the proceeds of said fund may be used to provide interim financing of capital ex- penditures for projects of the city by resolution of the city council; and WHEREAS, it appears desirable to transfer funds to provide interim financing for CP 765, Al1ey~Maintenance; and WHEREAS, the Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund would assume collections of the levied special assessments. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by resolution of the City Council of .the City of Richfield that $27,658.43 from the Perm- anent Improvement Revolving Fund of the City be transfered to CP 765, Alley Maintenance, for the purpose of providing interim financing. .Passed by the City Council of the City oaf Richfield, Minnesota, this 11th day of October,,~1982~ Mayor ATTESTa 'ylv' K. The Council shall meet at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 8, 1982 to conduct a public hearing on the proposed project requested by the. Company and to take ihatever action in relation thereto as it deems appropriate. 2. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to publish notice of the hearing in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A once in the official newspaper and once in the Minneapolis Star & Tribune, a newspaper of generallcirculation in the City, not less than 15 days prior to November 8,',1982. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hassenstab and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the motion: Eunce, Hassenstab, Ka.rsch, I,udeman, Hamilton and the following voted against: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
