RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND
CALLING PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ALLEY PAVING
CITY PROJECT 793
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 6839 of the city council
adopted November 14, 1983, with reference to the improvement of the
following alleys by concrete paving:

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The preliminary report on the proposed City Project 793, dated
the 23rd day of January, 1984, prepared by the city engineer, is hereby
received and ordered to be placed on file.
2. A public hearing on said proposed improvement is hereby
called to be held on Februar~~3-,-~9~4; -c-o-~nmencing at 7 p .m . in the
council chambers of City Hall, 6700 Portland Avenue South, Richfield,
Minnesota, at which time the council will consider the improvement of
these alleys in accordance with the report and assessment of abutting
property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to Minnesota Statutes Chapter. 429, at an estimated cost of the
improvement of $276,974.00.
3. The city. clerk is hereby authorized and directed to give
published and mailed notice of such hearing in the manner required by law.
