Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of the City Council of the City
of Richfield, Hennepin County, Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Richfield, Iennepin County,
Minnesota, was held at the City Hall in said City on Monday,
October 24, 1983, commencing at 7:00 p.m.
The following members were present:
Bence, Hassenstab, Kirsch, Ludeman, Priebe, Hamilton
and the following were absent:
The following resolution was presented by councilmember
Bence who moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 6834
RESOLUTION COMBINING CITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
NO. 772, 775, AND 757
BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Hennepin County, Minnesota as follows:
1. That is is hereby determined:
a) That City improvement projects designated CP-
772, CP-775 and CP-757, have been instituted by
the City Council of the City of Richfield at
substantially the same dates; and
b) That said improvement projects can be more
economically completed if consolidated and
joined as one project.
2. That said improvement projects are hereby consolidated.
3. That all subsequent proceedings relating to said
improvement projects, including proceedings relating to the
issuance and sale of $825,000 General Obligation Improvement
Bonds of 1983, shall hereafter be conducted in all respects as
if the various separate proceedings relating to said improvement
projects had originally been instituted as one proceeding, all
pursuant to Minn. Stat. §435.56.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by councilmember Kirsch and
upon vote being taken ther~on, the following voted in favor of
the motion:
Bunce, Hassenstab, Kirsch, Lude~nan,Priebe, Hamilton
and the following voted against: None
whereupon said resolution 'was declared duly passed and adopted.

City Clerk of the City.of Richfield, Minnesota, do hereby

City Council of said City held on Monday, October 24, 1983,

is a full, true and complete transcript thereof, insofar as
the same relates to the issuance and sale of $825,000 General
Obligation Improvement Bonds of 1983, of the City.
