Program is hereby approved and adopted subject to annual review and revision.
BE IT FURTHER RE~~C?LVED that the City Manager is hereby aul~horized and
directed. to initiate procedures which lead to more formal and detailed
consideration of L~t,ese projects in accordance with t`he aforer:,entioned laws
and practices. .
