RESOLUTION N0. 6807
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REVISION OF
1983 BUDGET OF VARIOUS DF~PARTMENTS
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 6658 appropriated funds for personal services, other
expenses and capital outlays for each department of the City for
the year 1983; and
WHEREAS, The City Charter, Chapter 7, Section 7.09, gives the Council
authority to transfer unencumbered appropriation balances from one
office, department, or agency to another within the same fund at
the request of the City Manager; and
WHEREAS, The City Manager has requested a revision of the .1983 budget
appropriations in accordance with Charter provisions-and as
detailed in the proposed 1884 budget document.
NOW, THEREFnRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
Section 1: That the 1883 appropriations for each department of the General
Fund be amended to establish the following totals:

Executive 300,880
Administrative Services 636,420
Community Development 380,100
Public Safety 3,773,980
Community Services 2,778570
TOTAL GENERAL FUND $8,051,250
INCREASE $ 10,958
Section 2: Estimated 1883 gross revenue of the City of Richfield from all
sources, as the same are more fully detailed in the City
Manager's official copy of the proposed 1984 budget document,
are hereby revised as follows:

Section 3: That the City Manager and the Finance Coordinator bring into
effect the provisions of this resolution.
