RESOLUTION NO. 6790
APPROPRIATION OF MUNICIPA21 STATE-AID FINDS
TO C.S:A.H. 31 SAP 156-020-03 (XERXES AVENUE)
WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and necessary for
the City of Richfield to participate in the cost of a con-
struction project located on (C.S.A.H.} No. 31 (Xerxes Avenue),
within the limits of said municipality, and
WHEREAS, said construction project has been approved by
the Department of Transportation and indentified in its records
as. (S.AeP.) No. 1~7-020-03.
NOW, THEREFORE, 3E IT RESOLVED that the City does hereby
appropriate from its Municipal State Aid Street Fund' the sum
of $ 6,258 to apply toward the construction of said project
and request the Commissioner of Transportation to approve such
appropriation..
