:VOW, THERFORE, BE IT~'iRESOLVED by thy: City Council of
the City of Richfield, Minnesota:
1. The portion of t the cost to be assessed aga..nst benefited
property owners is declared to be $25,760.00;
2. The city clerk, with the assistance of the city engineer
shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed
for such maintenance against every assessable iot, piece or parcel
of land within the district affected, without regard to cash
valuation, as provided bylaw, and she shall file a cony of such
proposed assessment in her office for public inspection.
3. The city clerk shall upon the completion of such proposed
assessment notify the city council thereof.

11th day of July, 1983.
