RESOLUTION N0. 6780
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF FACSIMILE
SIGDTATURES BY THE ACTING CITY MANAGER AND
CITY TREASURER (ASSISTANT CITY 1`rtANAGER) FOR
THE SIGNING OF CITY CHECKS
WHEREAS, State Law provides for the use of facsimile
signatures for city checks and warrants, and
WHEREAS, the city council deems it proper and in the
public interest to authorize such use for the Acting City
Manager and City Treasurer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF RICHFIELD that the use of facsimile signatures
for checks and warrants drawn upon the city are hereby
authorized for Thomas A. Morgan, Jr., Acting City t"anager,
and Ronald S. Rankin, City Treasurer.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
