RESOLUTION N0. 6779
APPROPRIATION OF MUNICIPAL STATE-AID FUNDS
TO C.S.A.H. 31 SAP 156-020-03.(XERXES AVENUE)
T^?HEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and necessary for
the City of Richfield to participate in the cost of a con-
struction project located on (C.S.A.H.) No. 31 (Xerxes Avenue)
within the limits of said municipality, and
~~1HEREAS, said construction project has been approved by
the Department of Transportation and identified in its records
as (S.A.P.) No. 157-02~-03.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City does hereby
appropriate from its Municipal State Aid Street Fund the sum
of X29,187.05 to apply toward the construction of said project
and request the Co*nmissioner of Transportation to approve such
appropriation.
