RESOLUTION N0. 6940
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REVISION OF
1984 BUDGET OF VARIOUS DEC'ARTMENTS
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 6806 appropriated funds for personal services, other
expenses and capital outlays for each department of the City for
the year 1984; and
WHEREAS, The City Charter, Chapter 7, Section 7.09, gives the Council
authority to transfer unencumbered appropriation balances from one
office, department, or agency to another within the same fund at
the request of the City Manager; and
WHEREAS, The City Manager has requested a revision of the 1884 budget
appropriations in accordance with Charter provisions and as
detailed in the proposed 1985 budget document.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
Section 1: That the 1984 appropriations for each department of the General
Fund be amended to establish the following totals:
GENERAL FUND

Executive 309,390
Administrative Services 786,570
Community Development 333,870
Public Safety 4,049,620
Community Services 3,100,590
TO`T'AL GENERAL FUND $8,700,150
DECREASE $ 8,710
Section 2: Estimated 1984 gross revenue of the City of Richfield from all
sources, as the same are more fully detailed in the City
Manager's official copy of the proposed 1985 budget document,
are hereby revised as follows:
