RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AGREEMENT N0. PW 24-19-84
HENNEPIN COUNTY PROJECT N0. 8421
WHEREAS, Agreement far participation in the canstructiar, and
operation of traffic control signal system an County State Aid
Highway No. 53 at Pillsbury Avenue within the limits of the
City, Hennepin County Project No. $421, Agreement Na. Pad 24-19-
84 has been prepared and presented to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Agreement be in all
things approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor ar_d Manager are
authorized to sign Agreement Na. PW 24-19-84, Hennepir_ County
Project Na. 8421.
