RESOLUTION RECEIVING STREET VACATION PETITION ,
AND CALLI;lG FOR PUBLIC HEARING
'W'HEREAS, petitions have been filed with the City Clerk
requesting the vacation of a porticn of Graham Avenue described
as follows:
"That pcrtion of Graham Avenue lying between the south
line of 55th Street and the north line of 65th Street"
WHEREAS, said petition comply in all respects with the
requirements of Richfield Ordinance Code 12.04, Subdivision 2;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Richfield 35 fellows:
1. The petition fcr vacation of that pcrtion of Graham
Avenue described above is received.
2. A public hearing on the alley vacaticn in said petition
shall be held en August 27, 1984.
3. The City Clerk is directed to publish notice cf such
hearing in the official newspaper of the city and post
notice of said hearing in the ;Wanner prcvided by
Richfield Ordinance Code Section 12.04, Subdivision 3.
